78bdt Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, One Clear Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "78bdt", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 78bdt platform and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 78bdt platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 78bdt platform.
• "Platform" means the 78bdt website accessible at https://78bdt.io, including all games, betting markets, casino services, and associated features.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which 78bdt account balances are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback awards, or reload bonuses credited to an Account by 78bdt.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player using a supported payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. All duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances associated with them (including winnings derived from bets placed on those Accounts) are subject to forfeiture.

• Registration is open only to individuals aged 21 years or older.

• 78bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Corporate, business, or shared Accounts are not permitted. Accounts must represent a single natural person.

78bdt is a strictly adult platform. The minimum age for Account registration and use of any Platform service is 21 years. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their Accounts permanently closed and all associated funds voided, regardless of the source of those funds.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 78bdt may request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, following any account activity that triggers a review, or at random intervals as a standard compliance measure. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi Passport

• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in the Player's name may be declined or subject to enhanced verification.

78bdt reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if a transaction is identified as fraudulent, associated with a prohibited jurisdiction, or linked to a payment method belonging to a third party.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) return-to-source requirements. Where a return-to-source withdrawal is not technically possible, 78bdt will contact the Player to agree an alternative verified method.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 60 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day including public holidays.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1 business day subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• 78bdt does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Players should verify whether their payment provider applies a receiving fee.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during a pending KYC review will be queued and processed upon successful verification completion.
• 78bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any single withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.

Unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 78bdt promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from the Real Money Balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before becoming withdrawable.
• The standard Wagering Requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted requirements result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.
• Only bets placed using real-money funds count toward Wagering Requirements unless the specific promotion explicitly states bonus-money wagering qualifies.
• Certain game types (including progressive jackpot slots, live baccarat side bets, and crash game rounds below minimum stake) may be excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution. Check individual promotion terms for game exclusion lists.

All sports bets placed on the 78bdt Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the sportsbook.

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed once a bet slip reference number has been issued to the Player. Bets not assigned a reference number are void and no funds are deducted.
• 78bdt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at its sole discretion, including restricting individual accounts that demonstrate a pattern of consistently exploiting pricing inefficiencies.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to technical availability. 78bdt is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules for that market. Cricket matches interrupted by weather follow DLS method outcomes where applicable.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) — where an offered price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human data-entry error — are void. 78bdt will cancel affected bets and return stakes to the Player's balance without deducting any amount.
• Bets placed after an event's result has become publicly known (late bets) are void regardless of the displayed market status at the time of placement.

For cricket betting specifically, markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team fixtures, and other listed tournaments follow ICC playing conditions as the base settlement framework unless 78bdt's published cricket betting rules specify otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 78bdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes an immediate material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of associated balances:

• Registering more than one Account, regardless of the method used to circumvent duplicate detection.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age information at any stage of Account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to generate artificial profit.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine betting activity.
• Using another person's Account, payment credentials, or identity to access the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of another individual who is under 21, excluded, or otherwise prohibited from using the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 78bdt staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

78bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account action.
• Identification that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be held pending investigation for a period of up to 90 days. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page and in the page header. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in game provider partnerships — may be made without advance notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
